Bread and Butter Pickles

On International Can-It-Forward Day and for my review of the green canning jars I decided to do pickles.  I made 6 quarts and 1 pint of Bread and Butter Pickles using the Ball Flex Batch Mix.  I love the flex batch mix because you can do a little or do a lot.  I thought pickles would look really good in the green jars and that is why I made them.  As you can see they turned out beautiful and would make a nice gift with a ribbon tied around the neck of the jar.
